Neeko and Vi are two of the most prominent picks across all regions so Riot is going to dial them back, along with a multitude of other champions as well. Some champions have just been way too strong for far too long, especially in pro. The nerf list, compared to the buff list, is pretty long. They're looking to nerf the OP champions though, so the buff list might look rather scarce, but don't worry your fave will probably get a buff very soon instead. Riot is not going to be buffing too many champions this patch.
